The Cottage

A large, recently-constructed, 3-bedroom brick veneer house built by Ian Birchall Constructions (Australian Builder of the Year 2003), the Mudgee Varykino cottage is situated by the water lily dam, near the Monet bridge, and is fully self-contained.

All facilities are provided, including linen & towels, air conditioning, wide screen TV, DVD, surround sound system, broadband satellite connection, Weber barbecue and outdoor settings.

The bedrooms consist of a queen bedroom with ensuite, plus another queen bedroom and a twin (two king singles) bedroom, which share a three-way bathroom between them.

The pergola and wide shaded veranda area overlooks the water lily dam, and rolling cattle plains in the other direction. Cook yourself a barbecue on the large Weber barbecue provided whilst enjoying a glass of Mudgee wine.

Continental breakfast provisions [self prepare] of cereals,bread, milk, fruit juice, coffee,tea jams etc are included in the tariff.
